We will always supervise the whole process to ensure everything runs smoothly and contact you if the cost will be over an agreed amount. Remember, you are only charged the cost to us and we are happy to use any maintenance people you recommend

Absolutely not! Unlike other agencies, we do not add 'hidden' charges to cleaning and maintenance costs. You are simply charged whatever the cleaner or maintenance contractor charges with no markup from us. You are also free to use your own cleaners or maintenance people with all the coordination carried out by us at no extra cost to you.
